- $450 per night (plus tax)
- $100 cleaning fee per stay
- Includes full access to the entire property and playroom from check-in to check-out

Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

Our Cleaning Commitment:
- Every inch of the property is disinfected after each stay—no shortcuts.
- All bondage furniture and adult equipment are cleaned by staff between each booking, regardless of guest cleaning.
- We provide disposable, single-use items when possible, and request that guests wipe down play furniture post-use—just like gym equipment.
- Cleaning products are medical- and hospital-grade, chosen specifically for the unique needs of a BDSM space.
Our Sanitizing Tools:
- UVee Sanitizing Toy Cleaners: These specialized UV-C light units sanitize small insertables and accessories, killing 99.9% of bacteria, including yeast, E. coli, and Salmonella.
- Dry Heat Sterilizer (like those used in dental offices): Used to sterilize small metal implements (e.g., Wartenburg pinwheels, hemostats) in individually sealed pouches with sterilization indicators.
- Simple Green Pro-5 Industrial Disinfectant: Our primary disinfectant (excluding leather and fabric), available throughout the space for guest use and daily staff cleaning.
- Sporicidin Disinfectant Spray: A hospital-grade cleaner safe for leather and vinyl, effective against HIV, MRSA, herpes, and more. Used extensively on porous surfaces.
How We Clean:
- Toys and gear are first hand-washed with soap and water, then disinfected using Simple Green or Sporicidin.
- Surfaces are sprayed until fully wet and allowed to sit for 10 minutes for maximum disinfection before being wiped clean.
- Toys that qualify are additionally sanitized or sterilized in our UVee units or dry heat sterilizer.
- Floors are mopped regularly using disinfecting cleaners like Pine-Sol and Simple Green.
- All linens, towels, ropes, and blindfolds are laundered using Samsung’s allergen and sanitize cycles, eliminating up to 99% of bacteria and 95% of allergens.
